SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • International Shipping: We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties applied by their local government.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Our Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your AURA experience. If you are not entirely happy, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Exceptions: Please note that final sale items, gift cards, and promotional sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
